You will receive 12 lesson plans, along with three selected teas (1/2 oz. each yields six 6-oz. cups) with each lesson. Each lesson plan includes the history and background of each tea, preparation instructions, and our recommended tasting protocol.

The 12 lesson plans are: Japanese Green Teas, Chinese Green Teas, Green Teas From Other Countries, Oolong Teas, English Black Teas, Chinese Black Teas, Indian Black Teas, Black Teas From Other Countries, White Teas, South African Teas, Flavored Teas, and Herbal Teas/Tisanes.

You may participate individually or form a small group of up to six friends.

At the end of the program, you will receive a Certificate of Completion.
