You will receive a lesson plan, along with three selected teas (1/2 oz. each yields six 6-oz. cups): Superior Gyokuro , Kukicha Hatsukura and Sencha Yame Hoshino. The lesson plan includes the history and background of each tea, as well as preparation instructions. You may participate individually or form a small group of up to six friends. Participants completing the 6-month course program will receive a Certificate of Completion. |
