This 6-month course is designed for the discerning palate of the tea aficionado, as well as those who aspire to become a true connoisseur. Participants will receive a lesson plan on the first of each month, along with three rare and sought-after teas of impeccable quality (1/2 oz. each yields six 6-oz. cups) based on the topic for that month. The lesson plan will include the history and background of each tea, preparation instructions, and our recommended tasting protocol. Also included will be a report form for tracking your experiences. You will get to experience Japanese Green Teas like Sencha Yame Hoshino, Chinese Green Teas like Imperial Green, Oolong Teas like Vintage Rare South India Chamraj, Chinese Black Teas like Keemun Hao Ya A, Indian Black Teas like Organic Darjeeling 1st Flush, and White Teas like Adam's Peak. You may participate individually or form a small group of up to six friends. At the end of the program, you will receive a Certificate of Completion.
